Pregnancy Support
This is an individualised session that can centre on whatever is coming up for you. It can happen as you prepare yourself for pregnancy, or at any point during the pregnancy where you would like guidance and support.
We may spend this time focussing on:

Making sense of and moving through a previous birth experience

Choosing your place of birth and different care options

Preparing for breastfeeding

Guidance around nutrition and lifestyle

Connecting with your baby
Partners and support people are welcomed and encouraged to join all of the sessions.
Please note that in order to receive a Medicare rebate (currently $75.65 as of Sept 2026) you must currently be pregnant and hold a valid Medicare card. You may be referred for an in person consultation with another health care provider. Follow up consultations are also available.
Postpartum Support
This is an individualised session that can centre on anything you would like guidance and support on during your postpartum or feeding journey.
This time together may look at connecting on:

Sleep support

Birth debriefing

Safeguarding your postpartum - learning about the five pillars for a protected and blissful postpartum

Ways your partner and support team can hold space for you

If you are not eligible for Medicare rebates, you can book a package with me which is more economical. Packages are a wonderful way to zoom in on something that is coming up with you. It offers depth and the safety of continuity of support. You do not need to retell your story, as we have already built a relationship. There is more opportunity to explore the layers that are there, at a pace that feels good for you. The more sessions you purchase, the more affordable the individual sessions will be.

Medicare Rebates
Exciting news! I am now eligible to offer Medicare Rebates Medicare rebates to all women with a valid Medicare card during pregnancy up until 7 weeks postpartum.
This consultation is ideal for families who need short focussed support during pregnancy or the sensitive early postpartum period. It is a 50 minute telehealth consult and is available Australia wide. You do not need a referral to access this support.
A referral may be made for a face to face consultation if necessary.
Follow up consultations also available.
